As you know, Honda is all about innovation. That’s why the automaker is working on a wonderful new technology, called V-to-X, in which cameras pointing in four directions away from an intersection identify potential hazards. Software translates this information into radio signals, which is then sent to a transmitter in vehicles headed for the intersection. Drivers are then given a warning about the danger.
V-to-X technology is being tested right now, but hopefully it will be available in some Honda vehicles in the near future. In the meantime, why not check out another innovation--the 2019 Honda Ridgeline Sport? Built to be a truck that breaks the mold of the industry, this pickup is refined and classy.
You’ll appreciate amazing features including Siri Eyes-Free, keyless access, and a push button start. A universal garage door opener is even more convenient. Safety amenities, too, like a backup camera, a security system, and a full suite of airbags are sure to please. Brake and lane keeping assist act as a backup to your excellent judgment, and a tire pressure warning keeps you from a surprise blowout.
If this innovative truck sounds like it might be perfect for you, hurry in toIsland Honda the next time you’re in Courtenay, BC, and take a test drive!
